Tradycją Finałów Wielkiej Orkiestry jest 5 kilometrowy bieg „Policz się z cukrzycą”. Na naszym pierwszym Finale w Luksemburgu również postanowiliśmy zachęcić ludzi do biegania. Bieg odbędzie się 12 stycznia 2020 o godz. 12.30 w Dolinie Petrusse. W biegu mogą wziąć udział dzieci powyżej 10 roku życia. Wszystkich chętnych prosimy o zapoznanie się z regulaminem oraz o wypełnienie formularza zapisu poniżej lub na tej stronie.

UWAGA! Kto chce wystartować z zaszczytnym numerem "1"? Przed startem odbędzie się licytacja tego numeru. Zaczniemy od 1 euro. Kto da więcej?

‘Say goodbye to diabetes’ is a traditional 5-kilometre run at the finals of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. At our first finals in Luxembourg, we also decided to promote running. The starting shot will be fired at 12:45 on 12 January 2020 in the Petrusse Valley. The run is open to children aged 10 or more. If you want to take part, please read the rules and fill out the registration form below (also available on this page).

Bieg WOŚP „28 Finał – 12 Stycznia 2020 roku”

ORGANIZATOR

Organizatorem Biegu WOŚP jest Sztab WOŚP w Luksemburgu o numerze rejestracyjnym 5524.

CEL

1. Propagowanie akcji „Dla zapewnienia najwyższych standardów diagnostycznych i leczniczych w dziecięcej medycynie zabiegowej”.
2. Popularyzacja wiedzy na temat pomocy medycznej dla najmłodszych.
3. Propagowanie zdrowego i aktywnego stylu życia.
4. Zbiórka opłat startowych przekazana zostanie w całości na rzecz Wielkiej Orkiestry Świątecznej Pomocy.

TERMIN I MIEJSCE

1. Bieg odbędzie się w dniu 12 stycznia 2020 r. alejkami Parku de la Petrusse.
2. Miejsce rozpoczęcia biegu od strony Rue de La Semois / Rue d’Anvers (współrzędne geograficzne – 49.802611, 6.123582)
3. Harmonogram biegu:
– 12.00 – odbiór numerów startowych,
– 12.30 – licytacja pierwszego numeru startowego,
– 12.45 – start biegu charytatywnego,
– 14.00 – przewidywany koniec biegu,
– 15.00 – wręczenie nagród dla zwycięzców na sali Centre Culturel De Hollerich (34, Rue Emile Lavandier)
4. Trasa biegu – wzdłuż alejek parku, trasa będzie szczegółowo oznaczona w dniu biegu, oznaczona taśmami oraz zabezpieczona przez wolontariuszy.
5. Długość trasy: 5 km.

ZASADY UCZESTNICTWA

1. W Biegu WOŚP mogą wziąć udział zawodnicy mający ukończone 10 lat. Zawodnicy niepełnoletni muszą posiadać pisemną zgodę rodzica lub opiekuna prawnego na udział w biegu.
2. Każdy uczestnik biorący udział w Biegu WOŚP musi zostać zweryfikowany w Biurze Zawodów.
3. Zawodnicy biorą udział w zawodach na własną odpowiedzialność, akceptacja regulaminu jest równoznaczna z oświadczeniem o stanie zdrowia który zezwala na udział w zawodach.
4. Wszyscy uczestnicy Biegu WOŚP są zobowiązani do stosowania się do poleceń osób odpowiedzialnych za bezpieczeństwo, służb porządkowych oraz obsługi z ramienia Organizatora.
5. Uczestnik akceptując regulamin wyraża zgodę na rozpowszechnianie swojego wizerunku, w tym do publikacji, pokazywania i wykorzystywania zgodnie z zapisami Regulaminu Biegu.

ZGŁOSZENIA I OPŁATA STARTOWA

 1. Zgłoszenia do Biegu WOŚP będą przyjmowane poprzez formularz zgłoszeniowy dostępny na stronie internetowej WOŚP Luksemburg oraz https://forms.gle/ccAsUAPATsRCXUSZA.
2. Zgłoszenia on-​line będą przyjmowane do dnia 10 stycznia 2019 r. Po tym terminie, jeżeli nie zostanie osiągnięty limit uczestników, dodatkowe zgłoszenia będą przyjmowane przed biegiem w okolicach startu.
3. Za zgłoszenie uważa się łączne dopełnienie wszystkich poniższych czynności:
– prawidłowe wypełnienie formularza zgłoszeniowego oraz
– uregulowanie opłaty startowej.
4. Limit uczestników w Biegu WOŚP wynosi 100 osób. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo wcześniejszego zamknięcia zapisów w przypadku wypełnienia limitu zgłoszeń.
5. Wysokość opłaty startowej za udział w Biegu WOŚP wynosi 15 €. Wpłata na konto BGLLLULL BGL BNP Paribas, IBAN: LU26 0030 4247 7142 0000.
Opłata startowa jest przeznaczona na cel 28. Finału WOŚP.
6. Organizatorzy nie wystawiają faktur VAT.
7. Dowodem skutecznej rejestracji jest email z potwierdzeniem rejestracji.
8. Opłata raz uiszczona nie podlega zwrotowi. Nie ma możliwości przeniesienia raz wniesionej opłaty na innego uczestnika.
9. W ramach opłaty startowej każdy uczestnik biegu otrzymuje:
a. Numer startowy z czterema agrafkami,
b. Napoje na mecie. 

BIURO ZAWODÓW – weryfikacja, odbiór pakietów startowych

Biuro Zawodów będzie pełniło dyżur 12 stycznia (niedziela) od godz. 10:00 do 14.00 w miejscu startu biegu.

KLASYFIKACJE I NAGRODY

Nagrody rzeczowe otrzymają 3 osoby z najlepszymi wynikami w 3 kategoriach: dziecięca (10-16 lat), damska, męska. Oficjalne ogłoszenie wyników i wręczenie nagród odbędzie się o godzinie 15:00 w Sali Finału WOŚP (Centre Culturel de Hollerich, 34 Rue Emile Lavandier, L-1924 Luxembourg).
Dodatkowo wszyscy uczestnicy otrzymają pamiątkowe serduszko WOŚP na linii mety.

POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE

1. Wszystkich uczestników Biegu WOŚP obowiązuje niniejszy regulamin.
2. Każdy uczestnik zobowiązany jest wystartować z otrzymanym numerem startowym umieszczonym z przodu na wysokości klatki piersiowej.
3. Organizator nie zapewnia opieki medycznej na trasie i mecie biegu.
4. Organizator nie odpowiada za rzeczy zgubione w trakcie imprezy.
5. Bieg odbędzie się bez względu na warunki atmosferyczne.
6. Uczestnicy biegu biorą udział w zawodach na własną odpowiedzialność i wskazane jest ubezpieczenie na
własny koszt od następstw nieszczęśliwych wypadków.
7. W sprawach nieobjętych regulaminem rozstrzyga Organizator.

ORGANIZER

The organizer of the WOSP “Charity Run” is the Gramy Razem Asbl which is a registered associate of WOSP Warsaw with the registration number 5524.

GOAL

1. Promoting the campaign “To ensure the highest diagnostic and therapeutic standards in paediatric interventional medicine.”
2. Popularization of knowledge about medical aid for children.
3. Promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
4. The totality of the entry fees will be transferred to the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity.

DATE AND PLACE

RULES OF PARTICIPATION

1. Competitors who are at least 10 years old can take part in the GOCC Run. Minors must have the written consent of their parent or legal guardian to participate in the race.
2. Each participant participating in the WOSP Charity Run must be verified in the Organiser.
3. The runners take part in the race at their own risk and responsibility, accepting the regulations of the race is equivalent to declaring that your health conditions allow you to participate in the race.
4. All participants of the WOSP “Charity Run” are obliged to follow the instructions of persons responsible for security on behalf of the Organizer.
5. By accepting the regulations, the participant agrees to the disclosure of his image, including for publication on the Organiser web page and facebook profile.

APPLICATIONS AND ENTRY FEE

1.  Applications to the WOSP “Charity Run” will be accepted through the application form available on the WOŚP Luxembourg website and https://forms.gle/ccAsUAPATsRCXUSZA.

2. Online applications will be accepted until January 10, 2019. After this date, if the limit of participants is not reached, additional applications will be accepted before the race 1 hour before the start.
3. An application will be considered completed after: correctly completing the application form and payment of the entry fee.
4. The limit of participants in the WOSP Charity Run is 100 people. The organizer reserves the right to close the subscription earlier if the limit of entries has been met.
5. The entry fee for participation in the WOSP Charity Run is 15 €. Payment to the account BGLLLULL BGL BNP Paribas, IBAN: LU26 0030 4247 7142 0000.
   The entry fee will be transmitted in its entirety for the 28th Final of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity.
6. Organizers do not issue VAT invoices.
7. A participant will receive an email as a confirmation of a completed registration.
8. The fee once paid is not refundable. It is not possible to transfer a fee once paid to another participant.
9. As a part of the entry fee, each participant receives:
   a. starting number with four safety pins,
   b. drinks at the finish.

COMPETITION OFFICE – verification, collection of starting numbers

The Race Office will be on duty on January 12 (Sunday) from 10:00 to 14.00 at the start of the race.

CLASSIFICATIONS AND AWARDS
In-kind prizes will be given to 3 people with the best results in 3 categories: children (10-16 years), women, men. The official announcement of the results and the award ceremony will take place at 15:00 in the WOŚP Final Hall:

In addition, all participants will receive a WOSP heart on the finish line.

FINAL PROVISIONS

1. All participants of the WOŚP Run are bound by these regulations.
2. Each participant is obliged to start with the received starting number placed in front at a chest height.
3. The organizer does not provide medical care on the route and finish line.
4. The organizer is not responsible for items lost during the event.
5. The race will take place regardless of weather conditions.
6. Participants of the race take part in the competition at their own risk and the Organiser encourage to take an insurance policy to cover the risks related with the race.
7. In matters not covered by these regulations, the Organizer has a deciding voice.
